Processing Time
- All wigs are custom-made and require 2 weeks for production after order confirmation.
- Once your wig is ready, it will be shipped immediately based on your selected shipping method.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping methods:

Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to the UK and select international destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes for international orders.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance.
- In case of a lost or damaged package:
- Contact the delivery company directly to file a claim.
- Notify us at info@type4wigs.com with proof of your claim if additional assistance is needed.
Delivery Issues
- Once your order is handed to the courier, we are no longer responsible for shipping-related issues. Please contact the courier directly for any delivery problems.
UK Consumer Protection Laws
In compliance with UK law, custom-made products are exempt from the standard 14-day return policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your wig is a custom item and cannot be refunded or returned unless a manufacturing defect is identified.
