Each order begins with a consultation. This ensures that we create a wig that truly suit your need and brings out the most beauty in you. Once the wig is completed we'll welcome you in for your final fitting and collection.
Styled length varies with curl shrinkage.
Made to order after consultation. Estimated 4–8 weeks from confirmation of your specification and order until your piece is ready for fitting, including production, quality checks and finishing. Your in-person fitting date is arranged separately.

Your consultation
Meet in person (recommended) or by video call to discuss your texture, length, hairline, fit and desired finish. We confirm what is achievable, the specification, price and expected timing before you commit.
We order your piece
Once your specification and order are confirmed, we order the piece from our vendor. When it arrives, we check it and prepare it for your fitting.
Your fitting & collection
Come in for your final fitting and collection. We refine the fit, trim the lace and add the finishing touches. This may include selected hairline adjustments or adding individual hairs where agreed and appropriate. You leave wearing your piece, with care guidance.
Design a wig.
Your texture. Your length. Your expression. Explore a bespoke lace hairpiece through a personal consultation, with the final details agreed together before we order.
Bring your ideas and references. We will explore the texture, length, colour, cap and lace options available, alongside the hairline and finish you have in mind. Feasibility, price and timing are confirmed at consultation.
Video consultation is an option. Your final fitting is always in person.

What happens first?
Start with an in-person consultation (recommended) or a video call. We discuss the piece, fit, desired finish and practical arrangements, then agree the specification, price and expected timing before ordering.
Can I design a bespoke wig?
Yes. The bespoke route starts with a consultation about the lace hairpiece you have in mind. Available textures, lengths, colours, cap and lace options are discussed individually. We confirm feasibility and a quote before placing your order.
How long will the debut piece take?
Made to order after consultation. Estimated 4–8 weeks from confirmation of your specification and order until your piece is ready for fitting, including production, shipping to us and finishing. Your in-person fitting date is arranged separately. The estimate is not a guaranteed four-week completion. Bespoke commissions are quoted individually.
Can the whole process happen online?
No. Your initial consultation can be by video, but final fitting and collection must take place in person. The location will be confirmed before you commit.
What happens at my final fitting?
We fit the piece, cut the lace and refine the finishing touches with you. Depending on the agreed work and the piece, this can include selected hairline adjustments or adding individual hairs. We explain the scope and any associated cost before ordering.
Will you ship the finished piece to me?
This launch is for in-person fitting and collection only. Shipping within the production estimate means the piece reaching us for checks and finishing.
When does Essentials launch?
Essentials is the forthcoming collection, targeting late 2026 subject to production and final preparation. The debut and bespoke consultation routes are the first focus.
Are these actual product photographs?
